You should probably give your oncologist your neurologist's contact information and vice versa, just in case something comes up where they need to talk to each other.

Thank you, that is helpful. My oncologist and neurologist have each other's info and plan to talk. I just like to do my own fact finding too. Agree that studying co morbid cancer and autommune is necessary.

I too have MS and Breast Cancer...OK that's not quite right, I kicked cancer in its butt...last treatments 7/13 (chemo) and 8/13 (radiation). I'm hoping ALL my doctor's are in contact with each other, but I doubt it. I know one doc will say it's due to chemo, the other will say it's due to radiation, then there's one who says that's your cancer causing it, while even another says it's MS. What I can say is, I have severe case of neuropathy, along with bunch of other issues. After all is said and done, I'm greatful to be alive. Sometimes it's very hard to differentiate the side effects of cancer and MS. I have what's referred as Re-occurring M.S. My experience is I'm always tired, can't take hot weather very well, my speech is off kilter at times, neuropathy is no joke, neither is Chemo Brain. I've become forgetful, (old timesrs, alzheimers, I say it's sometimers illness), am very suseptible to anything and everything..colds, flus probably the runs, if someone around me has it, I'll get it.I never know from min to min if I'm going to be ill or not, while headaches, joint-aches, slurred speech, mobility issues, eyesight drastically worsened(especially after chemo) and digestive problems are a few things I can say I am VERY FAMILIAR with..ok I apologgize, I forgot what what I was going to say, so I will stop for now and get my thoughts back together and will return..I'm sorry.
