My body temp is low all the time

My temp used to stay around 98.6. Now I am lucky if it goes mto 97.5. there are times when it is 96.3. Has anyone else had this problem? I am on carbo and gemzar.

Post-chemo, just over 4 years now, my body temp is consistently on the low side. Occasionally in the 98s, but almost always 97.3-97.9. Just part of the new normal, I would guess. Hs not caused any problems and none of the medical staff is concerned about it.

Yep, tended to have a low temp even before chemo and it got even lower with chemo. Generally it isn't a problem medically until it gets down below 95.0. It also makes a difference where you take your temperature. The digital thermometers most medical personnel use in your ear tends to be lower by about 1/2 degree than when taken orally.

I to am on cargo and gemzar, and have low body temp - though I've had low body temp my whole life. One thing is that I know I feel cold a lot of the time. I use to be one of those people who were "broiling" almost all the time.

My husband is on Carbo and etopiside, his temp is running low also, doesn't seem to cause any issue except he gets chilled very easily, we just make sure we have an extra jacket or throw for all situations
