    my husband's chemo doctor said she'd recommend 2 years from last round of chemo until in vitro fertilization.

    we've been trying to have a baby but he was diagnosed one month before we planned the FIV so now, I just want to know is anyone had this situation...2 years seems so long but if we have to wait we will

      I definitely do not know specifics for your question, but I always feel as though it is important to get 2nd and 3rd opinions if necessary. Have you looked at the live strong foundation website? I know that Lance Armstrong was young, like your husband, when diagnosed and he has some advice about this topic. GOOD LUCK!!

      I'm not sure what the concern is here. I suppose it depends on the precise drug. You could probably look it up and see for yourself what the side effects are and whether any would limit a potential father. And, certainly, get a second opinion.
