Until someone responds with first hand experience, I have attached a link that will show you the usual regimen from chemotherapyadvisor.com. That site together with chemocare.com will give you great insight into your treatments, and chemocare will also show how to manage any side effects you may have or any nutritional issues during your treatment. Both sites are free to join. Also check out www.needymeds.org for valuable coupons, dicounts, etc. on all your medications, and that includes chemotherapy drugs. Best of luck to you, Carm RN.

I started taking it in November, and stopped about 3 weeks ago. Even though my tumors are "stable", one of my oncologists has found a clinical trial that she wants me in. Hopefully, I can start that in a couple of weeks. As far as side effects, the worst was diarrhea. The other was loss of appetite. You get hungry, but when you eat, it only takes a few bites and you're full. Cheese toast becomes your best friend.

Here is a search I perfomed in our experiences page for Nexavar. This is a group of posts that came back for that search. Read through some of these, you may find more information.
