Check with @LiveWithCancer she has been on it, I'm not sure about the double dose.

Yes, I was on opdivo every 2 weeks, and have now moved to once a month with no discernable change in how it affects me...other than the once monthly dosage is easier on my schedule. Keep strong and God bless

I also do the double dose once a month. I worried about it, but it has been fine. I have been going once a month instead of every 2 weeks for 6 months or so. It is nice!

I was on Opdivo for two months last spring - not sure about the dosage. I did not feel any side effects - no nausea, etc. but it did give me hypo-thyroid - so now taking medication for that.

I had the every other week dosage, but it didn't make much of a difference in my progression. I tolerated it very well. I'd imagine that if ou tolerate the single dose well, a double dose wouldn't be a problem for you.

Was on Opdivo every two weeks for nearly two years and as of May have been receiving once a month. Finding the fatigue is a little stronger and longer but otherwise all is good.
