    organiztions who help with vacations?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a group that helps families coping with cancer take a vacation? A friend of ours had a small fundraiser to help send us to Disney but we still need help.

Here is a blog post we had a while back on free flights for cancer patients. Check out some of these. https://www.whatnext.com/blog/posts/free-flights-for-cancer-patients

@karen no make a wish is children only - there are a couple of adult wish type groups but you need to be terminal, which thankfully I am not, only Stage 3b. Greg, thank you for the link, however the airlines listed are for treatments only. I did email Disney, I'm just waiting, hopefully for a response.

Compassion Partners will give you and your family free tickets to Sea World or Universal Studios here in Florida. Cacner hawk will fly you at no charge to treatments, not sure if they fly you for vacations. I recently wrote a blog post about resources for cancer patients.

      Polgara,
Here is the link for the Dream Foundation. It is an organization that grants wishes for adults in the same way that the Make a Wish foundation does for children. I hope this helps you. Good luck, Carm RN.
