    Positive thought

Read in an article last week of a caner patient who is now advanced sage 4 - "Just because I'm dieing doesn't mean I'm going to stop living."

    Love the sentiment.

The games not over yet. I don't hear singing.

I agree! If i let cancer rob me of my joy of living while i am still alive, cancer wins. If i live every minute designated to me, I win. I plan to win!

That is one mistake most terminally ill people make is to quit living. I don't know when the end will come for me, but I plan to enjoy whatever time I have left.

From the moment we are born we are dying. Life is terminal. The sooner we really embrace this the faster we can get to living.

We only have this moment and this hour or day.

I love that! My Mother was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer and was told she may live 6 months, with or without treatment. She chose to not have treatments. My Brothers and Sister and I and our spouses tried to do everything we could with her while she was able to. Sad to say, but that 6 months was the best 6 months we had with her. It shouldn't take someone being told they are dying for the family to come together. Hug your family, they won't be here forever!

Sounds to me you have this thing licked already. Stay strong and keep your sense of humour and positivism, and keep inspiring the rest of us.
