      Hi Missesaunt,

Hi, I'm Aliza, a BC patient and also a retired Medical Librarian who still researches for people here on this site and elsewhere. We need some further information from you before we can answer you. It would be helpful as nancyjac points out, to phrase it in the form of a question. If you're asking if there's a general progression of the disease, well, I'm not familiar enough with Renal Sarcoma to know that, and everyone's different. The more specific you are the more specific people here on the site can be for you.

      Best wishes,

I am assuming (and I could be incorrect) that you/patient are asking what treatment is applicable once your/patients disease has progressed. I am also assuming that you/patient have already had surgery, and sarcomas of the kidney are rare. If there is progression and you/patient have not already received cyclophosphamide or carboplatin, then I would think that might be an option. A lot depends on your/patients initial treatment. Kidney sarcomas do not spread or metastasize as often as other kidney cancers. I am an oncology nurse and it is usually chemical or surgical management that works best with sarcomas. Best of luck to you, Carm RN.
