    Relapsed NHL and radiation

NHL has relapsed after 24 years. (And 13 years after breast cancer) Found in right side of my neck and right tonsil. Dr has suggested radiation. What can you tell me-the good, the bad, the ugly. Slow growing not agressive form. Thank you!

I was clean for 18 years until I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of right tonsil. Of course it's not the same as nhl, but I wanted to wish you the best and let you know there are people here that understand what you're going through.

Thank you for the nice thoughts! I lost a friend to squamous cell carcinoma that was found in the tonsil. Dr explained the difference to me. You are very fortunate.

      I had squamous cell.

      It ALL sux.

Best of luck to you and dont hesitate to get an independent 2nd or even 3rd opinion.

It took medicos 13 years to diagnosis me despite me pointing at a little tumor and asking that it be removed. Be as proactive as possible.
