      I was given miracle mouthwash, then a different, thicker solution that had a stronger pain reliever in it. I don't remember the name of that one, though, sorry. Plain old Chloraseptic spray helped me a lot.

      One of the concoctions they mixed for me was called 'swish and swallow' , not sure what all was in it, but know it had lidocaine... Also, like Greg, I used Chloraseptic. Don't remember what was in the other concoction.... both were mixed by the pharmacy at the time of order and had a short shelf life as I remember.

      Magic mouthwash and I ate lots of Olive oil on everything.. I think it really helped me heal.

      Forgot to mention that even with the concoctions mixed up by the pharmacy, I still needed pain meds to make it tolerable.
