Sorry your having troubles. You should be getting our daily digest, if you are not you might need to check your settings in your email program to be sure WhatNext is not set as spam. If you are having trouble with MSN you may have to call or email them to be sure your settings are back the way they were before you had trouble.

      Dear Luv2knit944,

Hi. I'm Aliza, the resident unofficial Medical Librarian on the site. I've also served in many other capacities as a Librarian and can tell you as a Librarian that it's often wise to have more than one browser on your computer (because they tend to crash often). Google Chrome's a good one to have as is Mozilla Firefox. These are just recommendations. I'm not telling you that you must have them, but if you notice that you're losing mail often, you may wish to reregister with a different email address (you can use the same name but a different suffix) on a different browser and request your other alternate email be "killed" (I had to do this). Another browser that's sometimes useful is Opera, but it's a bit different to use than the other ones (not as user friendly perhaps).

This is just a thought for you since you mentioned you are having tech problems. Hope they get resolved. Btw, a better title for this topic would be "computer tech problems" so more people could help you, otherwise it gets overlooked except by GregP often.

Hope some of these tips are useful to you. Best wishes in helping you get online easily.

      Warm wishes,
