    Restarting food into stomach?

Need liquid options to reacquaint stomach to food. Haven’t been able to eat for weeks due to neck tightness and phlegm.

You should discuss this with your doctor. Best wishes.

Ask the doctor. They can set you up with a soft diet that will help you get back to eating. And start with tiny portions.

I was on a feeding tube for six months. When I began eating again my Dr. said to introduce foods slowly one at a time like we do with babies. I do not recommend or ice cream as it produces phlem. As Dkatsmeow says you should get a schedule from your nutritionist for introducing foods and drinks. I was able to drink green tea fairly soon.
