    Swelled breast

Ben had double bypass on November16, 2016. Since surgery his left breast has been swelled. He has had MRI, CT, Mammogram, and ultrasound nothing has showed up. The swelling is so bad that is nipple is close to armpit instead of center he has had 4 rounds of antibiotics which helps with the swelling but when he comes off the swelling goes back up ( the swelling never leaves completely). Any suggestions would be helpful.

His doctors have no clue? My husband had a quadruple bypass in August and suffered no similar side effect.

I am sorry that I have no suggestions. I can't imagine how frustrating and worrisome it is.

It's obviously significant. If your heart doctor knows it's swelled again and has no clue, call your husband's Primary Care physician as soon as possible to ask what to do or who to go to for another opinion. He may need a stronger antibiotic. Let us know what you find out.

Something sounds fishy here. Is it Fluid that is accumulating or what?
Doesn't sound right to me....Maybe an Internist can find out what's wrong....UGH....
