I wish I could give you an answer, but with so little information there is really nothing I can add. Have you talked to her doctor?

Do you have hospice involved? They would be able to help with the pain head aches and then maybe that would stop the seizures. Is she having them from too much pain? I would call the Dr also and talk with them just try and stay comfortable and keep up on the pain meds don't let it break through and get worse.

It sounds like your wife's breast(?) cancer has metastasized into her spine? If so, her doctor will probably give her some medicine to try to strengthen her bones, together with pain medication such as dilaudid and/or oxycontin. If she happens to get a chemotherapy that works, the spread of the cancer and perhaps the size of the tumors will stop/decrease and she'll be in less pain. Good luck!
