I would encourage you to ask the patient's doctor for a meeting, and take a list of questions to ask him, so you can learn. I went with my dad to the doctor when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and the doctor discussed the options and statistics of success in detail. Prostate cancer seems to be different from other cancers, because it's often slow growing. Irregardless, the doctor knows the patient's diagnosis and history better than anyone, so you need to ask him. Best wishes.

Yes I can fully confirm what is said. I have been on hormone therapy since 2011. Both eligard and bikalamutide. I feel quite good now. Trying to walk every day and eat well. Try to live out every day and have the best of it. Good luck
