Try to encourage others to eat a healthy balanced anti-cancer diet using anti-inflammatory foods such as those in vegetables, turmeric, curcumin and colorful fruit. Stay away from red meat and processed foods. Get active.
      Inactivity is a new disease.

Please stop telling me about the "magic cancer diet" or the great healing oils, I am not a believer so I am NOT interested. I appreciate the concern but really it got ridiculous.

Once we've gone through treatment we're not "done". This is a chronic illness that will be part of our lives as long as we live. Even if the cancer has been arrested (hopefully for good) the treatment and it's long lasting side effects can be with us for years to come.
