TV show New Amsterdam

TV show New Amsterdam
I know we've talked about the reality of some tv dramas before, but I got a problem. A couple episodes before the end of the season, the main character starting losing his hair due to chemo. Ok, if he is losing his hair, how can he have a lumberjack beard? When I lost hair it was ALL hair. Head, eyebrows, nose hair, stray chin hairs, pits, arms, legs, things we won't mention. I don't get it...

Maybe the writers didn't know you lose ALL your hair, everywhere. Or the actor didn't want to shave everything off. I still think it's a really good show, despite this minor mistake.

@BuckeyeShelby,
I can't agree with you more. I noticed that and the hair coming out from under his knitted cap. Otherwise... It's a good show, not accurate but entertaining.

I didn't lose all hair. Still had my eyebrows but no lashes.

Shelby, just remember, it's only TV. I see things like that all the time and give them a pass for not getting ALL of the little details. I love that show myself, it's entertaining, while I get to see if they follow the path as we would.

I agree with GregP. It is a tv show and we have to let the little things slide. The show is really good and I enjoy the characters.
