We've had a rough couple of weeks.
My swollen leg is cancer. They could see it in the CT scan. It has grown substantially making ineligible for the clinical trial i was on. There is another clinical trial they want to get me into in the next two weeks.
My husband spent another 10 days in the hospital for pain control and because he hadnt been able to keep anything down. They put him on a pain pump and TPN (total parenteal nutrition) he came home with both. His pain is better but he's refusing tpn. He is so thin and week. Before he went in he told me he was dying. That the grim reaper was sitting next to him. Our ten year old has been having a hard time seeing him like this she says its so hard seeing the strongest person she knows so week. My heart is breaking

Oh @Julia468, i am so, so sorry. I can't imagine what all of you are going through, especially your precious young daughter. I wish i could make it better or offer advice, but all i have are warm cyber hugs and lots of prayers for all three of you.

Words fail. When life makes no sense, we can only trust that everything happens for a reason that we cannot see. Prayers ascending for your family!

I am SO sorry for what you are experiencing. Is there a counselor who can help your daughter copy with the chaos? Hopefully there is somebody available to take you to your trial treatments.
I see a lot of hope with immunotherapy. Good luck.

I am so sorry that you have to go through all of this. My heart aches for all of you. You are all so young. Your 10 year old sounds so mature for her age. It is hard to watch a person deteriorate. Hopefully, your doctors will be able to get you into a new trial. I hope that you have family and friends close by to help you with everything. Good luck. Take care.

I can only place you and your family on my prayer list. I do hope your daughter can get counseling either from a pastor or cancer center

Are they going to do a biopsy? That's the only way to confirm if it's cancer or not. Wishing you all the best.
