Update on my situation and wedding!

The wedding went off smoothly. I've been the hospital since last Thursday due to low blood pressure and fluid build up on left lung. Been confined to a wheelchair...but they released me 30 before the wedding to walk the her down the isle.....yes I walked her! Immediately back at hospital in Vandy. Pics coming! They just removed 3 1/2 lbs of fluid from left lung. Prayers are needed. Love my WhawNext family....updates in more details soon!

      Especially your daughter.
God Bless you..and stay strong..I'm sure you'll be home soon from the hospital.

Glad they authorized "work release" from your confinement.

Now, about those nasty fluids. If you are a candidate for a Pleurx catheter, it is a wonderful system for you to keep fluids drained at home without having to be hospitalized. There's a surgery to insert the tube that comes out of your chest, and it is easy for non-squeamish friends and family to learn the sterile procedure required to drain the fluids every day or every other day - whatever is needed. I have helped drain four different people including my mother, and they all benefited greatly.
