What are some ways to balance your calcium levels?

I've been looking at diet but I haven't found any guides that help for what to eat. How about just taking supplements?

I take supplement, because I know I probably don't eat enough foods with calcium . Doctor checks my calcium level every few months. Are you getting yours checked? I know it is very important to have a good calcium level. Calcium affects so many body functions, muscle, heart, bone. Or google calcium, see if any decent sites come up.

I take supplements, since I had the parathyroid issue I have to take lots of calcium and vitamin D - plus I live in Alaska where vitamin D is a given.
My calcium levels are tested regularly and I am frequently told to take higher amounts, I don't know how I would be able to replace that without supplements. Tracy
