What are the last stages of Glioblastoma (Stage IV) like

I had brain surgery in June to remove a baseball sized tumor located on my frontal lobe, and was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (Stage IV). Most, but not all was removed. I am undergoing radiation and oral chemo treatment. Can someone share any information on what I will probably experience when treatment ends and nothing else can be done?

I hope you haven't given up and think that all hope is lost! There is always room for a little hope! But if you want information on the last stages, drop a note to @carm, she probably has more experience with end of life cancer patients than anyone on the site. I wish you the very best!

Thanks for responding. I'm ready to fight; just want to be prepared for the hard part my wife will have to go through during the last stages?

I agree with Greg, that we always should hang on to hope and with you, fight like XXX. My sister is end-stage, and I found some helpful information at brainhospice.com
