Some new large Lymph Nodes on both side of my Groin. My wife's Surgeon after doing her Lumpectomy said the Ultra Sound didn't show a second tumor in her breast and now needs a Mastectomy. The good news is that neither one spread to any nodes. I have refused Retuxin a monoclonal Antibody and that is the first line of defense for Slow Growing Lymphoma's like I have which is Marginal Zone, Nodal NHL and Follicular. I am told that it is not curable but treatable. When I got sepsis pneumonia two years ago ( Not from treatment ) I was told by a Pulmonary Doc that if I ever got pneumonia again I would probably not survive. One of the many side effects of Retuxin is Lung Toxicity. I'm on a Follicular Page on facebook and most not all of the patients that took Retuxin have been in the ER Multiple times with terrible lung problems. My lungs did heal up on their own and have no issues now. Other that those two worries I also have started getting another Lymphoma I never had before and that is sweating during the day and a little at night. Other than that everything is JUST GREAT...

Gee, boomer. Awful news. Is your wife going to go along with the surgery?
What about you? Is there something you can do to add to your line of defense arsenal?
Did you ever try the sprouts? Dirt cheap & easy to grow.

From a spiritual standpoint, embracing - even desiring - the cross I have been given to bear. Very good for humility, which I badly need.
