    What can I bring to chemo to keep my husband comfortable

      Just being there.. i dont usually take anything with me that i use they supply blankets and pillows.. i just like having the company of someone with me.. that alone is what gets me through my chemo treatments. Good luck

      You have great answers above. I would remember to bring something funny on audio if he is interested. I would listen to Robin Williams on YouTube on my phone. I was at a large facility with many patients and the moods vary, understandably. If I was up that day though, I could be pulled down very quickly by the atmosphere or simply my mood swings. For a brief moment the comedy would transport me to a different world. My oncologist nurse thought it was humorous for me to be giggling in my chair.

      Magazines were my most used item during chemo. Luckily my chemo center had tons of those. It was the only time that I was up to date on trashy celeb gossip LOL! Anyway, also be sure to bring water and food. I never wanted to eat on chemo days so it was really hard to get myself to eat but it was so important. I got the chills and felt very bad on the day that I didn't eat much. Also things like a tablet/smartphone for games is good - I got hooked on candy crush during chemo. Best of luck!
