    What Next Digest

I am very disappointed with the change to the What Next Digest. I now never receive any news whereas before there was a daily note. I understand there were complaints from other readers when the digest did not relate to them personally, but if I found the questions of no importance to me, I simply moved on. Is there any way to return the format to what it once was or am I in the minority here? I feel that What Next has abandoned me.

Clyde, we are sorry for your dissappointment. We are still trying to find the balance between those who wish to receive the digest and those that do not, while it being relevant to you. Some people complain that if they do not have Breast Cancer, they do not want to be getting digest information with Breast Cancer information on it, others don't mind and want it all. While it may seem simple, there is a very complex software issue to solve to work out the balance and make each digest relevant to each person.

We appreciate everyone's patience as we try to achieve everyone's wish. And we thank you for your input.

I think Clyde's point is spot on; if you are not interested, move on. I often am interested in issues of a generic nature, as understanding a mind set is helpful in understanding what is going on in my own specific situation. If it is about a specific issue I have absolutely no knowledge or interest in, I just move on.

I agree as well. And actually I've often already read the question. Fears and need for support are universal. Maybe the techno guys can set up a filter so if someone doesn't want it, they can opt out? Just a thought.

I used to get the Whatnext Digest every day. I then set it to once a week. I wasn't aware that the digest was no longer being sent. A lot of times I had already answered or read what was in the digest. However, sometimes I saw stuff in the digest that I had missed. I think the Whatnext Digest should come back. If people don't want to receive it then they can be given the option to not receive it.

I have had back pain for several months , sometimes sharp pains. Anyway had a pets can and ctscan. Today they did an MRI with and without contrast. What does the MRI show different than the other tests? My Dr. said he didn't see really anything on the first 2 tests but decided to order the MRI. I have been in remission from Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma for almost 3 yrs. just curious what y'all might think.
