what type of treatment is available.

Welcome to the forum. There are several liver cancer survivors here who will want to share their experiences.

I'm going to go in a different direction. I don't know a lot about medical care in India, but I suspect it's better in the large cities such as Mumbai than it is in smaller cities and towns. That's true here also but maybe to a lesser degree. Another option you might consider is seeking treatment outside of India. This might be a matter of expense, but I know that the major cancer treatment centers in the US, such as the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic, treat patients from all over the world.

Namaste. What treatment you receive depends on what's happening with the liver cancer. Here is a good information source on the standard of care in the United States, from the National Institutes of Health

Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC is the 2nd leading cancer center in the USA. They treat patients from all over the world. I am currently being treated for Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct liver cancer). I have an implanted pump that delivers chemo directly to my liver tumor. My tumor was too big to remove so they opted for (HAIC) Hepatic Artery Infusion Chemo. My cancer is very agressive and lethal and they've managed to keep me alive and feeling great for just over a year now. Check out their web page. And good luck with your search for treatment.
