When I go to get my breast tissue expander filled by my plastic surgeon
there is blood withdrawn in the fill syringe for my one breast.

The above has happened twice on the breast that had cancer. I also had re-excision surgery and radiation on this breast earlier in the year. My PS doesn't seem concerned. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm sorry I don't have the answer to your question, but there have been a lot of conversations about expanders. I thought it might help to look through them. I will also post this on our social media pages to see if we can find someone with experience to weigh in. Thanks!
