Would anyone be able to share their experience with nonmyleoblative (reduced intensity) allogeneic transplant?

I have high risk CLL (del 17p) and have finished initial treatment. I have been referred to bone marrow transplant hospital because because this cancer with chromosome mutation is resistant to chemo and is expected to return. My siblings have been tested and all three brothers are matches (!) so I feel very fortunate, but still feel concerned about the process and the mortality rates.
