    You Lost Me

    To What Next Site Administration:.

I used to receive an email when new members joined with my diagnosis. I would click on the e-mail which would send me here and I welcomed them, addressed anything I could according to their situation, if I had some knowledge/experience which might help. I would occasionally also look at the questions answer them and have actually asked a few questions myself. First, I started receiving fewer new member notifications and now none. My personal situation has complicated the process because I had a reoccurence in April and have been back in treatment. I started going to another site (Inspire) because they send at least a daily email and if someone responds to a question that I have participated they automatically send an email. Very user friendly and encourages participation. Perhaps this is a privacy issue for members. Usually people join because they need support/want to help others. Please consider improving communication. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. Please check your spam filter to be sure our emails are not being blocked or marked as spam. This is usually the problem when someone tells us that their emails have stopped coming. I will check our server files to see if I see a problem also. We want to see you every day! Thanks for checking in!
