Flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, sweats)
Side Effects
I'm currently on my 3rd cycle and everytime I have total infusion, I itch for about 2 days. I also suffer from heat flushes, and sometimes heart burn.
To shave or not to shave
Decision Point
When my hair started falling, I looked sicker than I am. The decision to go one step ahead led me to the decision to go ahead and shave my hair. best decision ever. I felt in control of the situation and i do not have to spend extra time to clean the showers.
Sense of taste
Loss
I think the flu like symptoms is easy to deal with. It's the sense of taste that I find hard to deal with. However, knowing that my body needs the nutrition, I force myself to eat and drink to control other complications from developing.
