June 2013 - Since I take a chemo pill, it is easy to do, but nausea is intermittent every day. Low energy level.

Cancer is shrinking, so we know it responds to Gleevec.
Blood clots in my lungs
Side Effects
3-month CT scan revealed blood clots in my lungs. Now I have to give myself shots in the stomach every day of Lovenox for the next 6 months. This is scary.
Nausea/Vomiting
Side Effects
Very little nausea now, Taking chemo pill with Diet Coke helps. No more blood clots or blood thinners now. Fatigued, but do not look sick now.
