    Oh No

on Friday April 13th, my big brother told me his test results from PET came back & that he does in fact have stage 4 Esophageal Cancer, the tumor has spread to his lymph nodes and possible liver, they want to do a biopsy this week on the liver and they were suppose to insert a tube in to his chest today but the Doctor called in sick and will now be out all week, so not starting off so good . I don't know if I am making any sense here I'm searching for any help, coping through this what to expect. My brother feels he that the Doctor told him he could expect to live around 12-18months if he took good care of his health, WOW! this is it, huh? I am so devastated I can barely swallow myself I feel like someone is standing on my chest and the tears just pour out I feel so hopeless, I barely have any family left. I can't fix this and I feel so helpless I live in Sacramento, he lives down in concord, CA I will write more as I know more. I do know he said he wasn't to thrilled with his cancer doctor I suggested he get a 2nd opinion . . . okay i'm stopping for now I got to get my attention on other things, so many things I need to gather for him i dont know where to begin
