Hello, I am on my second treatment of chemo and doing well. Really the only thing I can complian about is being tired and chemo taking 3 hrs. The chemo is slowing me down some but not a great deal. I tend to overdue a lot though so maybe that's why I'm tired. I did start loosing my hair about two weeks ago and had that taken care of quickly. I had my hair shaved off and love the look on myself as do others:-) I couldn't go another day crying about it, I did for 2 days and that was enough for me. I hope you are all doing well.

Hopeful. Upbeat. It is what it is and there is nothing I can do about it but, either lay down and let it beat me or beat it. The latter is my choice!

Procedure or Surgery (Mastectomy): I am only 7 weeks post op, I was sore for a little while but never in a great deal of pain. I do my own therapy. I hula hoop and have for a year and a half. That is my peace, my love and when I put my I-pod on and begin hooping, I am so far away from it all. For that I am grateful:-) I refuse to let chemo get me down although I do know that there will be days that will not be good. Do I want to do this?.....NO! But I am going to do the treatment, none the less. I have not decided on radiation yet.
