The side effects will go away in time. It took me about 6 months or so to not feel the chemo side effects. My energy would go up and down. I grew hair where I didn't have it before and had some skin issues that I think are all related to the stem cell transplant. Just take it one day at time and live for each day.

Thanks for your comment!! I will take your advice, and not be such a jerk to my hubby sometimes. My excuses have been exhausted...using the "my hormones are going haywire" has run it's course in this home!! LOL So I'll keep that in mind!
      thanks!

Had an awesome day. Mostly did yard work and the honey do list, but the weather was nice which is hard to say this time of year in Alabama. One thing I started doing recently was owkr on my weight and losing weight made a difference on how I felt after working all day :)

Celebration (Birthday): I now have two birthdays. My natural birth from my mom and then my stem cell transplant date. I was told by my nurse I can start counting over so I did. I am now 12 years old. Rebirthday is 20 Jan 2000.

Side Effects (Heart problems/heart damage): The scariest thing happened one morning when I got up out of bed. I fainted and hit my head on our bathroom wall. The doctor said my heart muscles were damaged from the chemo and when I am resting my heart was not contracting enough when I was resting. I now take two medications for the rest of my life to keep my heart working hard enough when I sleep that I don't have more damage to it. I love the alternative :) Life
