I am getting ready to go in for double mastectomy and double oophorectomy early next month. Am in very early stages and have BRCA2 gene mutation - that is why the full surgery instead of lumpectomy. Anything anyone would like to share about their journey would be most helpful and welcome! Thanks!

Procedure or Surgery: I agree with both surgeons to have the breast removed to make sure the cancer was all gone than to have doubt
