    Not sure about your diagnosis...but you might want to check out www.accrf.org. The Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation. ACC is a rare form of salivary gland cancer. Also, look for a group on facebook...there are quite a few members there to share stories, give advice, lend an ear.

    Clinical Trial: 800mg daily dose of Pazopanib...on week 20.
    HISTORY:
    Feb 1999: surguery to remove salivary gland tumor. Diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma (acc). Six weeks radiation followed.
    Jan 2002: surgery. Liver resection to remove tumors (acc) on liver.
    Aug 2007: Surgery to remove met disease (acc) in greater trochanter.
    April 2011: New tumors on liver, smalls spots in bone and very small spots in lungs.
    June 2011: started clinical trial: Pazopanib
    Nov 2011: all appears to be stable.
