    Hi lilymadeline,

I've been under the weather. Had a simultaneous bout of the flu, bronchitis, and walking pneumonia followed by some vertigo, so am feeling very weak but am delighted to announce that my daughter is engaged to be married in about a year....;)

Thanks for your greeting. I'll be back in fuller force when I'm feeling a bit more up to it.

    Warmest wishes,
    Aliza

      Hi Aliza,
I am so sorry that you have had the flu, bronchitis and walking pneumonia! how awful to get all that at once along with vertigo but I guess that happens sometimes. :-( Take care of yourself and I hope that you recover quickly. And so happy to hear about your daughter! How wonderful and now you get to help plan a wedding! My goddaughter got married recently, it was a lot of fun and incredible to see her get married. Good luck to you and god bless! xoxoxoxoxo

    Dear Nonnie,

Fortunately since I had an idea that my computer was getting sick, I backed up all my data to an external hard drive as well!...;)

    Thanks for your welcome back!

Smart thinking. I had a gut feeling when I backed my stuff up to my external hard drive that something wasn't right, but I did it anyway. Now I am sorry I did. I should have used my smaller external hard drive to back my stuff up, but I knew there wasn't enough room. Lesson learned I guess. At least I discovered that I had also backed up my older picture folders to memory sticks so all was not lost. From now on its memory sticks I backup to.

    Dear flamingogirl,

I a;ready made my appointment with my Rheumatologist for my 2nd Synvisc injection 6 months down the line. The doc said I should feel some relief from this one so that I'll know if I want a second, but everyone's different. One woman in their waiting room told me a Synvisc horror story about numbness. Frankly with the pain I feel coming down the stairs, I'm not so sure I'd mind numbness...;)

    Nice to hear from you!

    Warm wishes,
    Aliza

There is always a horror story isn't there? Lol. My mom had some kind of shots after surgery for a meniscus tear several years ago and I am assuming it was this same thing. It helped her for years. Then she had to have knee replacement on both knees, after one doctor said all she needed was these injections. Thank goodness she listened to me and got a second opinion. Turns out the first doc didn't do knee replacements anymore, I think he just wanted the money. She is soooo glad she had the replacements done. We could never find her after she was all healed. hahaha. I really hope the shots work!! Don't listen to the horror stories, I never do.

Looking forward to your advice again too!
