Acupuncture worked for me for both and sleeplessness. Also hypnotism by a medically certified hypnotist worked for me. My medical center employs a medical hypnotist There are also meditation tapes online as well as relaxing music that can be down loaded to an MP3 player or any other device.

I got some back stretching and exercises to do at home to try and make my back stronger. I've gone to pain management, got the injections, took meds and since 2011 my back has gotten worse. I can't sit to long lay down to long time. I can stand that long either and most of the time I need help bathing.
