Usually Chemo given through port.Instead it it be given directly where the cancer is,is more effective to control spread.I want to any one has experience?

The closest I can come to what you've described is called an inter periteneal infusion or I/P instead of I/V into the vein. I had this with my ovarian Cancer. DX Stage IV.. The Oncologist removed all the cancer he could see. Then placed an I/P port on/near my lower rib. The Chemo was then inserted through this port to simply 'float - slosh' around in my abdomine for the few days it would take for it to be absorbed.... This was a way of gettig at the single cells looking for a place to settle in and grow.... I was upgraded to Stage IIIC after surgery and was cancer free after almost two years of chemo. My latest PET CT Scan also showed no evidence of cancer..... I've never heard of injections... but there are new things happening.

Are you speaking about Chemo drips through veins or do you mean shots? I am confused here.
