Drug or Chemo Therapy (Chemotherapy): Wow that is a lot of drugs to choose from. I'll just clump them all into this as it is late and I'm sleepy to type them all! First round of chemo I had the chemo itself plus zometa and zofran and neulasta the day after. Round one was awful but number 2 went better, less side effects. Also I'm doing the cold cap and hair has stayed in place!

Procedure or Surgery (Implant chemotherapy port): This went very well and simple... I couldn't eat before hand, so the most discomfort was my aching hunger! I wasn't completely under but had morphine and fentanyl, I don't remember the procedure at all. I felt 'off' for a few days after from the sedatives and had a bit of bruising.

Oh No (Diagnosed): My sister was diagnosed early in the year. I had a mammogram and then a CT scan and biopsy. I was diagnosed stage iv which was a shocker to us (a big 'oh no'), especially since I am 32 and I also have 4 young kids. The pathology said that it was IDC and triple negative.
