Hi Barbara, You read the request exactly as I did ... but I think what was wanted was validation for how she was wanting to react, not truly what we thought or what we would do.

She is really quick to call names and just as quick to talk about her many fabulous attributes ...

Anyway, agree with your comments completely and find it a shame that she attacks back. Oh well...

I hope you're doing well. It was good to see a post from you

I'm doing good physically. Psychologically ... not so much :( RW's death, then followed by my best friend just a few months later, has really thrown me for a loop. I keep trying ... what do they say, "fake it til you make it" ... but it is not getting easier, I'm sorry to say. I told my husband that I still smile and laugh, sometimes, but it doesn't go all the way to my eyes, if that makes any sense at all.

And, then ... we have someone worrying about their hair ... People's priorities will never cease to amaze me :)

      How are you doing??

I'm doing well, too. . . except for listening to someone worrying about their hair! If she is ugly to the doctor about that, he's liable to kick her to the curb! I really think Oncologists are smart, detailed scientists and don't relate to frivolous!

I'm sorry to hear about your best friend who died, and hope the sunny spring days will help.

I just can't imagine being so concerned about my hair. I agree - the doctor may decide to let her go somewhere else for treatments.

Thanks. Patti was just fine one minute and gone the next ... just a few weeks before her 65th birthday. I think back to all of the worrying she did about how she was going to make it financially when she hit 70 ... wasted worry. Sadly, she had gotten married to the knight of her dreams just a few months earlier. i've had about enough sadness, but with my mom getting ready to turn 89 and my husband a very old 69 ... I won't be surprised by anything :(

I'm glad you're doing well!! And, I'm glad to see you here and posting!
