A total plant food diet will help. Curcumin in high doses may help as fish oils and many other anti inflammatory foods. BUT you have to stop eating inflammatory foods like junk foods and fried foods and animal protein and cows milk....You can look up inflammatory foods...

I agree with Geekling that eating real food is MUCH better than supplements. What kind of relief are you looking for; nausea, pain, acid reflux, insomnia, constipation, or diarrhea, anxiety. I drink a cup of ginger tea or peppermint tea before, I reach for the Zantax. The supplement Curcumin is an extract of the spice turmeric, It has been extracted from the plant then concentrated, to where it is less effective and may actually be an overdose. The same effect can be had from brewing a cup of turmeric tea.
Find out what your body lacks then find out what foods fill that lack and work them into your daily menu.
