Use Stevia as much as you like and BTW they are finding out that Sugar itself is better than most of the artificial sugars....ugh They just found out that Stevia is good for High BP...Check it out.

I have NO IDEA if This would help but I'd go on a Carrot Juice or even Water FAST for a few weeks to calm everything down. Our Digestive and Eliminative Systems never get a rest and MAYBE yours need a vacation. Probably do nothing in the short haul BUT it Might help.

Another idea is to Just get a Colostomy Bag. It is lousy but at least you'd be OUT Of the Bathroom.

BUT FASTING has LOT'S OF amazing things it can do.....DO SOME Research on fasting and health and stevia.

I am also a colorectal cancer patient and i have faced the same problem , but not continuously or severely as you have described . I've changed my diet frequently and it helped a lot. Sugar and sweets will only increase your bathroom visits, so please keep away from these deadly components. Starchy food are excellent . Try plain yogurt with either boiled potato or white rice , and give your body some time to respond to this diet. Boiled egg daily will insure a source of protein and banana fruit is also very important . Try to eat every 2 hours in small quantity until 6 in the after noon . At least this is what i have tried for a long time to control both the pain and frequency of BW movement. Do not despair, keep pushing until you find the reason for your problem and reach a solution . Good luck.

I'm a rectal cancer survivor as well. My BMs go from constipation some weeks and other weeks where I go several times a day. I eat smaller, frequent meals and take psyllium husk and a probiotic.. Starchy foods are better for me as well but my diet has pretty much gone back to normal. When I eat a lot of meats I do get stomach cramps so I stick to chicken and fish and veggies and fruits. . Still eat fried foods with no problems. Congratulations on being cancer free for two years that's a great milestone. Wishing you all clear CT scans and colonoscopy in the future : )

I'm sorry to hear about your "life of chemo" news. Bummer. I didn't have up front chemo, and was too ill for post surgery chemo, so I don't know what you're going through. I'm close to your age though, and wish you didn't have to go through this, as its been a life changer for me. You have a beautiful little one in your pic though!! I had liver lesions, and had section 5 & 6 removed only to find out there was no cancer-but the biopsy had already said this. Did you get caught up in the year end policy cancellations due to the Affordable Care Act and are waiting for the insurance company to get their act together? Our company is. Thank goodness Johns Hopkins didn't give me a hard time when I had my CT last week. Sorry, I'm rambling! I hope you're doing well. Stay out of the cold! Best of luck. God's got your back! Stay positive!
