I was on it for 33 weeks. I got the foot/hand syndrome. Fingernails got tissue paper thin & broke or peeled off at the quick. Heels cracked & bled. The large blisters on the toes were when Dr. stopped treatment. Everyone is different & their tolerance is different. Xeloda was my 3rd chemo drug so I was pretty well worn down. Good luck. I hope this helps.

Oh No (Cancer has spread/Metastasized): In February my PET showed lesions in my hip and various bones. I began Ibrance, Faslodex and Xgeva. In July my PET showed no improvement and there were more lesions. My doctor decided to biopsy and the new lesions were triple positive.

Oh No (Cancer has spread/Metastasized): In December 2017 I was becoming short of breath and using my inhaler more often than usual. The Pulmonalogist sent me for a lung cancer screening. They found nothing in my lungs but something on my spine. My oncologist sent me for a pet scan. They found "suspicions lymph nodes" in my neck, on my spine and on my hip. After biopsy of my hip, they determined that it was metastatic and prescribed a course of treatment with Faslodex, Xgeva, Ibrance and possibly they will add Letrozole.
