Hello bjriise. I've had a similar experience. Metastasis to brain a year and a half after original diagnosis of breast cancer. I had surgery to remove the brain tumor, and then 3 doses of focused radiation. Had to go to a rehab center, but physical therapy had me balanced and strong enough to go home after about a week. I'm still going in for rehab at a local clinic, as my left side is weak. Overall, the experience was not bad. I haven't had significant pain and am able to take my daily walk which is very important to me. Please keep us posted as to your progress.

Been there! But for me everything tasted vile and not eating made me feel terrible. In retrospect I should have asked people on this site what to do to make food palatable and forced myself to hydrate. Hopefully I won't have to test this theory again LOL.Good luck-your appetite will return when the chemo is over
