Nice scarf . My hair grew back in 1 1/2 months - and it looks much better than before surgery.

Cheerleaders shaved their heads to support Coach Pagano. If you haven't read the story yet, check out this inspiring gesture done by these women: http://www.usatoday.com/story/gameon/2012/11/25/colts-cheerleaders-shave-heads/1725613/.
It is so inspiring to see everyone rallying around cancer patients young and old.
Thoughts for Thursday:
People stare. You all know this. You've felt it in restaurants, at the grocery store, or any other place where people don't "get it". Cancer patients stand out. But, wow, what people don't notice on the surface is the fight, the spirit, and the grace that it takes to live with cancer. To me, there is nothing more beautiful than a joyful child pushing through. They find happiness and motivation in unexpected places and urge us to do the same with their simple words, piercing eyes, and mysterious strength.
