Hi. Just wanted to see how everything is going for you? Finally finished my last cycle of cistplaintain and Etoposide. Four cycles done. I had to do my last cycle with carboplatin because my kidney function sucked. It kicks your butt within the first couple of days. I only did one on Monday and the rest of the week was Etoposide. Talk to you soon.

I have been going through this throughout all my four cycles of Cistplatain and Etoposide. My oncologist has kept up on all of my issues. The nausea meds are wonderful. But you have to take them before you get the extreme feeling of nausea. I did four cycles of 5 days in a row and two weeks off and I have not thrown up once. The ringing in the ears may stay but will probably go away once the chemo cycle ends, within a few months or more. If you have any questions or just need a hello feel free to message me.
