Christine, It sounds like you are taking my advice about being upbeat. You would be surprised how it helps, plus I had friends and relatives keeping me upbeat. I have relatives in other states that e mailed me all the time. April 2 I go for my final inplants It will be great when it is all over. I won't be having the Diep Flap though. How was that? I hope it worked well. I'm just having inplants Thank you for liking my posting.

jen2d The simular thing happened to me. I felt the lump in my left breast and i went to the gyno and he sent me for a mamogram and the tech at the Radioligistsaid it was fiboris. The lump got bigger and bigger. I went to the gyno again he sent me for an ultrasound and that showed something so he sent me to a surgeon. he saw it thruogh the skin and looked at the report and sad he wants to do a biopsy. So i did that and at my bedside he said he didn't like the looks of it. He sent it for a biopsy and sure enough two dayter when I went to him he IT IS CANCER. We talked and decided because my sister passed away with it he sugested a double masectomy. I agreed and i was scared. I also had it in two an a half lymph nodes. I was upbeat through the whole thing . the masectomy, chemo and radiation. I. sure you will be able to be as upbeat as I am . now I am cancer free, and you will be too. think thruogh your options. Talk to your dr a while and you will make the right decision.
