Finally after over a year since my cancer surgery and a scare which included a CT scan liver biopsy procedure . . . I have had my first "stable" with "no detection of cancer" oncology visit!!!!! Living one day at a time now and counting my blessings to finally be told I am cancer free.

Celebration (First "stable" "no detection of cancer" oncology visit!): Finally a year after my cancer surgery, and a liver biopsy I have received my first oncology visit where I was told I am "stable" "have no detection of cancer" from any of my tests, scans, etc.!

Celebration (Cancer free for the first round!): Had my second visit with oncologist. After all my testing which included PET/CAT scan and octreotide scan they say the surgical oncologist removed all the cancer! After having stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer I am ok with "they got it all this time".

Oh No (Cancer has spread/Metastasized): None of the numerous EUS/needle biopsies and blood tests showed cancer at all. They were all normal. I had no idea I had cancer nor did I know I had Stage 4 cancer that had spread to my liver and several lymph nodes until after the surgery.
