    Hello Helpless,
It is frightening when you receive the diagnosis. Here you will find a lot of support. I was diagnosed in February and after surgery and chemo have bounced back. Hugs.

Just to let you all know that I have returned from my Onc appointment. She couldn't gauge whether or not the small liver lesion had changed since the April MRI so called in a liver surgeon. He said in his opinion it hadn't so no need for concern. It is only the size of half a pea and he will MRI me again in January. I am so very relieved. Thanks to all of you for your support. x

Celeste, (I love that name!) Just thought I'd share my experience because I've been where you are... my stage 4 colon cancer diagnosis included a tumor on my liver and some some lymph nodes and you know what? they yarded it out with surgery then radiated and chemo'ed me and as of October 30, 2014, the day of my surgery, I've had a "clean pathology". We have some amazing doctors and effective medicine, have faith!
