Procedure or Surgery (Surgery): Had a 17cm tumor removed from my small intestine. Had issues with my surgery site. Other than that, my body reacted well to the drug (Gleevec) and I have minimal side effects now. I take 400mg of Gleevec daily with food (without food makes me very nauseous). I go to the doctor on Aug16th to see if I made 2 years cancer free!
